- Usage Analytics: Number of logos generated, presentation creation timestamps, and monthly usage counts
- Subscription Data: Billing tier, subscription status, and renewal dates (stored locally)
- Technical Data: Session cookies for authentication (essential cookies only)
2. What We DON'T Collect
- We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels
- We do not store your presentation content or company lists
- We do not collect browsing history or personal preferences beyond service functionality
- We do not store payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe)
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for:
- User authentication and account management
- Tracking usage limits for subscription tiers
- Processing payments via Stripe (we never see your payment details)
- Providing customer support when requested
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For secure authentication (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
- Stripe: For payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Clearbit API: For retrieving company logos (no personal data shared)
- DuckDuckGo API: For logo search fallback (no personal data shared)
- Google Gemini API: For domain extraction from company names (company names only, no personal data)
5. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored locally in SQLite databases on our servers
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
- We implement industry-standard security practices
- No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Usage data is retained for billing and service provision
- You may request account deletion at any time
- Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days

- Request deletion of your account and all associated data

8. Limitations of Liability

- Third-party service interruptions (Google, Stripe, etc.)
- Data loss due to technical issues
- Use of generated presentations for any purpose
Users are responsible for ensuring proper licensing and usage rights for any logos used in their presentations.
9. International Users
This service is operated from the United States. By using our service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different privacy laws than your jurisdiction.
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
